Privacy Policy & Terms

Thank you for your interest in our classes. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training class you agree to our Privacy Policy & Terms.


You should inform us as soon as you can if you think you are unable to attend a course.


– If a cancellation is done 10 days or more, prior to the class, receive a full refund on your original form of payment or training credits which are valid for 1 year. – If a cancellation is done 10 days or less, prior to the class, 50% refund will be made. Course cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to sales@tacticalperformancecenter.com


No Shows: Attendees who do not show up for class, and do not notify us in writing timely will not receive a refund.


In the very unusual event that we have to cancel a course we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a free transfer to an alternative course date. We will try to give you at least 1 weeks’ notice but sometimes (for example when a course is cancelled due to bad weather) this is not possible.


Participants will receive training credits which are valid for 1 year if a course is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.
