FOCUS: (Carbine) Presentation from low/high ready and fast first-shot engagement.

Start position:
- Carbine loaded, high/low ready (muzzle 45 degrees up/down – for the sake of uniformity of the drill). Looking over or aside from the optical sight
- Safety is engaged.
Procedure:
On timer signal, present and engage the target with one shot. Repeat 5 times.
Every shot from each repetition (5 runs) must be at least inside the outer zone (dark grey) to complete the challenge (a bullet hole needs to break the outer line). A single miss is a failure to complete the challenge. A single overtime (over 1.10 sec.) is a failure to complete the challenge.

Under 0.50 Sec. anywhere in the target – 10 points
Between 0.51 and 0.80 sec. points are listed as:
- Dark grey – 2 points
- Light grey – 6 points
- Bullseye – 10 points
Between 0.81 and 1.10 sec points are listed as:
- Dark grey – 1 point
- Light grey – 3 points
- Bullseye – 5 points
